Workshop Policy
Please read the following workshop policies before making a booking.
1. Booking
A deposit is required to secure your workshop slot. Your reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit payment has been successfully made.
2. Cancellation & Refund
If you wish to cancel your booking, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and material preparation costs.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to change your workshop date or time, please inform us at least 3 days before your scheduled workshop.
Requests made less than 3 days before the session may not be accepted.
4. Late Arrival & No-Show
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter workshop experience. If a participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, the booking will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Handmade Products
As all items are handmade during the workshop, the final product may vary slightly from the sample images. Each piece is unique and reflects the participant’s personal craftsmanship.
6. Safety & Responsibility
Participants must follow the instructor’s safety guidelines throughout the workshop. The organizer will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.
